I'm just starting my first cycle. I'm 6'2'' 200 and I was well built in high school at about 190 I've taken a few years off and now trying to get back into it. I have a few questions though. I'm pretty knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition but I need some advice on how many cals I should consume per day to make gains but trim down my stomach.
I'm stacking Winstrol (winny) with eq. I'm already getting bigger without the gear and don't want to be massive cus I already have some size so any advice would help.
Also if you could throw in some suggestions on some supps to help protect and rebuild my liver. I have milk thistle now.
