My first cycle of test 400

Okay guys, after weeks of researching and gathering my supplies, I finally started my first cycle of test 400.

Here's what I'm doing:

1/2 ml/200mg injections twice a week for 12 weeks. That's a total of 400mg of test 400 per week.

I'm taking .25 of arimidex (liquidex) EOD throughout the entire cycle all the way up to PCT. I will adjust dosage if needed.

PCT: nolvadex 20/20/20/20 and clomid 50/50/50/50 ED for 4 weeks.

I previously stopped lifting for about 2 months because of a job situation, but now I've been back in the gym for 2 weeks and am eating good.

I'm 140 lbs and 5'4

I lifted straight for about 1 year and gained about 30 lbs. However, I lost about 8 lbs in the past couple months from not lifting, so hopefully I'll gain that back in the next couple weeks.

Anyhow, I did my first injection in my quad last night. I went very slowly, aspirated, and did all the sterile procedures. Also took my .25 of arimidex.

I was a little nervous about it, and almost fainted after I injected, but I pulled through and everything was A OKAY. I didn't pass out and I just lied down for a few minutes with a cold rag on my head. This is my first time injecting anything myself so the thought of what I was doing made me sick.

14 hours later, my injection site is a little stiff/sore, but not too bad.

Do you think the stiffness/soreness will get worse or do you think i'm experiencing the worst of it?

Diet's pretty good right now, I'm eating about 5-6 meals thoughout the day with a calorie intake of about 4000. Getting 1.5 grams of protein per lb, and am eating a lot of healthy food like oats, eggs, rice, fish, pasta, steak, and milk. I'm drinking tons of water about 6 bottles each day.

Normal food intake for a day is as followed:

morning: 4 easy over eggs with 4 slices of whole grain bread, protein shake, and water.

lunch: PBJ with 16 oz of 2% milk and maybe a small snack like yogurt, hardboiled egg, or some nuts. (I eat this meal on my way to work)

dinner: vegetables, fish, greek yogurt, string cheeze, 1 scoop of protein shake, 1 cup of 2% cottag cheese.

2nd dinner: 2 bags of raisun/nut oatmeal or a big bagel with cream cheese, another 1 scoop of protein shake, and bag of cashews or some kind of nuts.

Get off work and go to gym, eat some peanut butter on the way.

Drink 2 scoops of protein after gym.

Get home around 11 45pm , shower, and then eat another meal of either eggs and toast, or oatmeal. Also eat about 1 cup of greek yogurt of cottage cheese before bed.
No fast food, hardly any microwavable foods (except oatmeal), and no soda.

Cutting out alcohol as well during my cycle.

it will get better as the weeks move along by week 5 u will be ok alot of pip comes from injection technique.Pain is just part of the game my brother once u start seeing result u wont care.Try to keep the shakes to a minimum the more real food u eat the bigger u get shakes are bs ill do it very early morning and postworkout.You look like u care and did some studying good job
 
Thanks man. Yeah I did quite a bit of research.

I'm still a little nervous, but I hope everything works out and I Can see some nice gains.

I'll post some pics in a little bit so that in 6 weeks I can post again and compare
 
Hey bro. What lab you get test 400? All I can find is 250. Had my first pin Wednesday barely sore at all. Was curious if you did your 2nd pin yet. Im about your size. I want to see who gains more between us. Im on a 3j diet and asia pharma test enanthate 250 250ew. I have enough for 10a wks. Wondering if I should order some more and do 500 per wk. Let me know how it goes bro.

I am. I just did squats last week. Ill gain sizr back in my legs fairy quick I think. Mylegs were alot bigger a few months ago when I was hitting legs hard ev#ry week.

Two months of not lifting, and eating shitty made me shrink alot.

By the time the test kicks in , I shoud have all my gains back and be back up to weight

Not sure how to tell where its from. I got it from a buddy of mine.

But if I were you I would get some more and do 500mg each week from what ive read.


second day post injection and leg feels alot better. Less stiffness and less soreness. I did get a hot bath last night and massge the injection spot a little. That may have helped
 
The second day after my first pin my pain was almost completely gone. I was surprised.

I did my second pin yesterday and all went well. Did my left quad and when I pulled out there wasn't even a drop of blood. However, my leg is pretty sore/stiff today. Same feeling as the first pin so hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Getting some size back now that I've been back in the gym for almost 2 weeks and am eating good. Put on about 4-5 lbs in the past two weeks.

I know the cycle hasn't kicked in yet so my gains aren't from the test, but I'm feeling more firm, and thicker throughout the day. Feeling a little better in the gym each day.

Can't wait for a few more weeks when the test really kicks in and I start seeing some good gains.

Here's my routine:

monday: chest and tris
tuesday: back and bis
wednsday: legs
thursday: traps and shoulders
friday: OFF
Saturday: REPEAT

Not gonna go into detail with my workouts, but I switch up every week and try to do a variety of workouts for muscle confusion.

I'll post some better pics in about 2-3 weeks to show u guys where I'm at.

Okay guys, everything is going good right now.

I will be doing my 6th injection tonight.

I'm taking my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) EOD at .25 each dose. I'm taking milk thistle, and a multi vitamin ED.

1 week before my cycle I I started working out again after taking 2 months off because of some issues with a job. I weighed 138 when I got back into the gym.

I weighed 142-143 when I started my cycle.

Today I am weighing a solid 151 lbs.

I've been eating good and hitting the gym hard 5-6 days a week.

My weight/strength has gone up quite a bit (not sure if it's really the steroids or not).

I benched 90 lbs dumbells the other day for 6 reps. and did free weight flat bench at 225 lbs for 6 reps. This is a little more weight than I've ever done before. So things are going GREAT and I feel awesome in the gym with nice pumps.

Can't wait to see what comes in the next few weeks as I'll be getting into my 4th-5th week.

I'll post some pics in a few weeks to compare
