My First Cycle - Test E

Need some input...Thinking of running an 8wk test e only cycle wanted feed back on what you guys think.

wk1 test e 500ml (250ml, monday / 250ml, thursday)
wk2-8 test e 250ml

wk10-14 pct


pct
nolva 20/20/20/20
clomid 100/100/50/50

I also wanted to run some HCG but not sure when to and dosage, Can anyone please help?

hopefully you mean mg not ml's.. run it for 10weeks and take your week 1 and do the same the whole cycle.. post cycle therapy (pct) you can run both but id save the money and just pick one.. nolva 50/50/40/40 or clomid 100/50/50/50

why 500 the first week then 250 the rest? keep it at 500 throughout. and i'd do it for 10-12 weeks, not just 8. id pick nolva or clomid for pct. get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to run throughout the cycle as well.

dont you think nolva at 50 is a waste? studies have shown that there is no real difference between 40 and 20.

yes 20/week is noted to be as effective as 40mg or more. it is suggested that you run a lower dose for longer instead of higher dose for shorter time

bro run it for atleast 12 IMO and i prefer nolva for post cycle therapy (pct) whilst over prefer clomid! the mood swings kill me with it.

thats how ive always done it and its always worked.. im not gonna be the guiny pig..lol if 20mgs works for you more power to you.. the lowest ive done was 40/30/30/20.. and it worked fine..

lol.. its all personal experiences.. ive read lots of things that say 20mg is fine and it very well could be.. but i know that ive always kicked it off with 40mg for atleast the first week and its always worked for me.. no need for me to experiment when i know it works for me..

you are right man. there are many ways to skin a cat the this AAS and PCT stuff is so subjective. if it aint broke dont fix it. much respect for not being swayed by what you believe works for you.

I'd run it for 10-12 weeks, and at 400-500mg/week. 250 mg is too low, and will shut down your natty test production, and not give you that great of results.

Not to thread hijack, but are you going to run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) thro-ought your cycle?

-Would proviron weeks 1-10 25mg ed be a good thing to consider?
