my first cycle with NPP + test e

hello everyone i hope all is well today. i just wanted introduce myself and create a log for my first cycle with NPP + test and this is how it looks

1-12 test e 300 mg week
1-12 npp 50-75 mg eod
1-14 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
1-12 Prami .25 mg ed
11-14 hcg 1000 ius week
pct 15-18
clomid 50/50/25/25
nolva 40/20/20/20
aromasin 12.5 mg eod

25yo / 175lbs / 6'01''

other then that its nothing special but for me it is the next step after test so i am excited. i have been running it for a week now and im feeling great! endurance is up appetite is up and i have been getting better pumps. i have been sleeping fine but sometime i wake up to early and cant fall back asleep. also i have been feeling sorta sick is the morning when i wake up to but that is being caused by the prami and is slowly getting better with time and tolerance. this is my fisrt time using a short ester and it is going well. i dont mind the frequent injections but i have never hit my delts before the other day was the first time. i dont know if i missed or pushed the plunger to fast (25g 1'' pin) but it felt like someone hit me in the delt with a fucking ball hammer until i woke up the next morning. nothing like the injections on my lower half witch have been smooth and painless. other then that nothing else really going on it is an enjoyable cycle for me taking the next step after just running test solo. any input would be great

Well it's nice that you are feel so good. AND yes the prami from what I've heard. I don't want to burst your bubble but one week isn't going to up your strength. Some of what you feel is IMOP a placebo effect going on. However the appetite, energy and libido come on quick. NO trying to disbelieve what you say but ...

Anyway a placebo effect can be good and do wonders so just wait 5 weeks in and see how much better things will be ! As far as shoulders they have become my favorite spot. I get some soreness from time to time but it's my hands and bad technique that's the cause. I use a 23G x 1". Take your time find your spot in the mirror if need, mark it if need with an indentation from , say a pen, without using the ink. My doc does that for my joints in my thumbs.

ill try that next time i hit the delts and i know that those esters take 2 weeks plus to fully kick but with my new diet and increased energy and mood and sleep things have been easier at the gym and not feeling any weird sides yet but when i was only taking test e before i didnt notice any effects really what so ever the first two weeks so make me thing the npp was acting faster then i was expecting

alright things are starting to come along now. im eating a fucking ton and still hitting the gym 5 days a week before labor intensive work all day. the size is noticeable in my chest traps and arms mostly with some water weight over my belly (not much tho) i started to take only 6mg or armoasin eod or if any tenderness is felt on my nipple because i was feeling some low e symptoms and that seemed to clear things up. i have also stoped taking my prami because im on suboxone already (less then 1mg a day) because im a recovering addict so i have enough dopa already. i am trying to taper now slowly so i will be bring small amounts of prami back once im at a lower dose of buprenophine. i am not haveing many sides just the usual clamy hands and night sweats. im trying to keep my face extra clean so i dont break out also. my lifts are all going up and i have a great intensity wile working out that is very nice and the pumps also on point. very happy with this cycle so far :smoker:
 
AND as far as that pip goes my delt still are more painful then my quads witch are totally pain free but they feel better every time i hit them as long as i do NOT aspirate, massage or lift my arm up to high for a while so i usually do it close to bed so i can stay off it and once i wake up just the normal next day pip if anything felt so all good getting better... also landmarks like scars and marks are very conveniently located for me and make things easy now that ive identified them

so its going to be the start of week five monday and everything is still going smoothly. today i got the first complement from someone saying im looking bigger and stronger and it was from a girl that i see about ever two weeks. she doesn't even know im lifting and didnt see me with my shirt off or nothing like that so that was defiantly a confidence booster for meh. im also seeing some veins in my arms again. all the veins in my arms were collapsed so seeing them starting to come back is a very welcome site. i was feeling lethargic but i just cut back my stane to 4mg ed and ive been feeling great. my mood is calm and even for the most part. when i do get upset though i fly off the handle a little harder then normal mentally but i have no problem controlling this. it hasn't been a problem for me and the aggression is welcome while lifting. my self esteem and leadership is higher then normal. i have an easier tome taking control and leading situations at work and with friends and my thoughts are more collected. my diet has been clean for the most part a lot of good protein and carbs. im not adding much water or fat at all either as far as i can tell. i dont chase the scale i just play it by the mirror but my roommate and her friends are defiantly noticing and my hard work is starting to pay off. got a day at the swimming hole and tacos + bbq tomorrow with some girls ^^ happy memorial weekend

i took a few days off from the weights because i have been doing some heavy repetitive (pounding 400 10' tall T posts) shit at work so it was a good chance take a little break. when i went back to lifting today my max was up five or ten easy on everything at least. and the gain in my traps are by far the most dramatic. lots of shrugs and pull up seem to be doing the trick. once im done with this cycle i plan on using some it works wraps to get rid of the water weight over my abs but they are all still clearly visible just not so flat like before but im eating so much it is very clear why im not so shredded even though they are getting a much better work out. my food intake has gone from 5 meals to constant grazing all day it seems like and im always in the fridge and looking for snacks. when i eat my body gets nice and hot and i start to sweat. it is a lot more powerful of a cycle then just test by far witch i was expecting. im am very pleased with my result as of this far and the sides are not that noticeable. im hot my pillow is wet and i stink when i wake up more and my piss smells really bad lately lol but you wont hear me complain

i appreciate the response though. it helps keep me motivated
 
ive been doing some studying on my lifting tech and some new lifts too add to my routine and im getting some great results now. my chest is coming along and im trying to even it up the best i can. and my whole upper body really is taking off from all the pull ups especially my upper back wow. i have scoliosis and im tall so everything was not so even but im trying to look in the mirror and isolate the problem areas to even everything back up hopefully. mostly doing 5x5 and some other randoms here and there. the pumps are pretty bad so im staying dosed up on taurine the best i can. everyone around me is really starting to notice the size im putting on and im getting complements all the time now. i also bumped my test about two weeks ago up to 500 mg a week for the remainder of my cycle. but like i said the biggest thing im having a problem with is trying to stay even being so tall and with my back and sholder problems. other then that my sleep could be a little better but idk if that is just because i have a lot of thing going on in my life right now but that would be my bet. ive also had some gnarly heartburn and mildly high bp but thats dietalong with other things and something ive had for a long time too. i still feel very good over all. this cycle is something nice. now im kinda looking into some sarms for pct and bridge. might get a dozen bottles of mk 677 too idk. heard some cardarine and osta during pct is a good way to hold onto your gains and clean up your look a little bit some im gonna probably give that a try

Remember the Simple Simon way to hold on to your gains is to keep the diet and calories going and to keep the training routine up to par and above just maintenance. There comes a time when you can train for maintenance but no coming off cycle. You will find your training spot over time.

Totally I've been finding my Niche I'm trying to train heavier I got some new equipment thanks to Sports Authority going out of sale and so I have pretty good home gym set-up going on right now I actually held off on buying my sarms for the meantime everything's coming pretty solid I feel like the games are going to last if I keep up my diet and my training program right now what I'm really trying to figure out is whether or not my veins are going to be back good enough to the point where I'm going to be able to donate blood at the end of my cycle because I could put a damper on things for me I feel like my veins are coming back but slowly and I don't know what the quality of the blood is going to be looking like inside that may could be very thick and no good so I really don't know what's going to happen with that otherwise I switch from prami to caber the train he was making me feels too sick in the morning and putting a damper on my motivation and I am officially off my sunshine now for good! but otherwise I've been sleeping good eating good heart burns been kind of bad but that's normal and work is been really easy for me
The only problem I'm really having now is that my chest is not staying even on the bottom and and I really don't know what to do to fix it if it's just genetic or not I can't really tell I've been trying to hit my lower back on that side extra but it's not seeming like it's making a difference it might have something to do with my scoliosis I don't know
