I’m 22 years old (yes I know I’m young for a cycle at this age but it’s a choice I want to make), Been to the gym lifting weights since I was 16, over the past year I have been going 4-5 days a week to the gym especially after working as a bricklayer is pretty hard but still the gains have been exceptional as I started out at 11 stone and now weigh 12.5 stone, gains of around 14-20 pounds in the year. I wouldn’t say its all muscle but it’s a good base.
Diet-
Morning(6.30) – 2 Weetabix or porridge oats with semi-skimmed milk with a protein shake OR
2 Wholemeal Toast with peanut butter and protein shake
Mid-morning(9.30) – Wholemeal sandwich (tuna or chicken with salad – tomato and lettuce) with an apple
Lunch (12.30) – Chicken Breast with wholemeal pasta and chargrilled vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, aubergine and courgettes.)
Pre workout (3.30-4.00) – Banana with red bull (cranberry flavour yuuummmm) or a scoop of craze pre workout
Dinner(7.00) – Usually a well rounded meal and the biggest meal of the day consists of something like spaghetti Bolognese, chilli con carne or turkey burgers with potato wedges etc.
With a protein shake.
Night snack(10.00) – 2 rye bread with heaps of cottage cheese on them.
Supplements include Matrix whey (just a basic protein, its cheap with 100 servings in the tub), CGT-10 (creatine), Flaxseed oil capsules and Optimen Vitamins
Currently workout program:
Monday – Legs (squats etc)
Tuesday – Shoulders and traps and Abs
Wednesday – Back
Thursday – Biceps and Abs
Fridays – Chest and Triceps
Saturday – Deadlifts!!!!!
Will be starting my first cycle on the 26th march.
I have Test E 600mg per week, 300mg 2 times weekly for 10 weeks(Sunday and Thursday).
With Dbol at 20mg a day for 6 weeks.
I have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) just incase of the gyno or bloatyness comes out through the cycle but fingers crossed it doesn’t as thats the only thing I do not want!!
My post cycle therapy (pct) is as follows nolva at 40/40/20/20 starting 14 days after my last injection
May add clomid into it aswell at 50/50/50/50.
Anyway I would appreciate any opinions but will be starting the cycle soon and will put a pictures up throughout cycle.
