I am 27 , 5'8" and at 185lbs. I think I have around 10-15 lbs stored in my belly lol
anyways so the goal is to maximize lean body muscle and shed fat.
I am thinking of dosing Test-E at 300mg/week for 10 weeks. I know the dosage is low but I am not looking for anything special. If I can gain about 5lbs of lean muscle in 10 week period, I'll be happy
My diet will be fairly strict to make the most of it. Weight wise I would like to stay around 175-180 range.
so my questions to you all are:
1) what should be my post cycle therapy (pct) so that my natural test levels don't completely shutdown during and after the cycle. I would definitely want them back at normal if possible at all times.
2) Should I pace my dosage to twice a week at 150mg at a time OR just take 300mg once a week?
3) Should I also add Winstrol (winny) and var to the cycle for better fat loss?
