My first cycle

Started Sustenon 250. my first week started with 1cc on the 4th of Feb. weighed 160lbs on the 3rd of Feb. today I'm at 167. the people around me are noticing my gains and my strength has gone up ALOT.. good thing is I have been working out since I was 14. I'm now 28. I'm taking 4 caps of Milk Thistle and 4gm of Fish oil a day. only thing is my bp has gone up a bit and I'm getting headaches when I workout. IDK if I'm pushing too much or if I started with too much. but I'm gaining big time. Any thought.
 
Bro why start doing AAS at 160 pounds?? You can get to 185 to 200 pounds natural. I dont get that. AAS is to get you past your pleatu after you have maxed out on everything..
 
I have consumed about 3000 cal a day with training and it doesn't get me anywhere. My job is also stressful and that makes it difficult to gain. I got to 180 before yes but it took alot and it took alot of time which I don't have now.
BTW I don't want to go over 200.. I'm 5'9

Bro your going to have to consume 4500 cals a day and 250 grams of proetin a day if you want to get huge. 3000 cals is not that much at all! YOu can get on steroids and only eat 3000 cals a day. That wont do crap for you. And if you dont have that much time. Your really not going to have time to eat 4500cals if you dont have time to eat 3000 cals a day. Plus thats not even counting the protein you will have to have. Doing AAS takes a lot of time. You have to have a lot of dedication. You have to eat 24/7 you cant just eat 3 or 4 times a day you need to have 8 full meals a day or more. You dont have time to eat 3000 cals then how are you going to have time to consume 4500 cals?
 
Since you got your mind set on it ill help you out. You will good good gains at first but everytime you gain weight you need to up your cals and protein so your body can maintain the muscle you are getting. If you dont up your diet at a certain point you will stop seeing the gains. Diet is the key
 
Thank you man. Appreciate the sincerity.. ima up on the protein and calories.. I'm doing something somewhat right if I'm gaining.. also any idea on my headaches?

have only pinned once 250mgs. supposed to pin this Monday Feb 11. but with these headaches idk..

plan was to pin 1cc week one 1 1/2 week 2 and reach to 2cc/wk and then decrease down
 
I never have headaches from test only cycles. Only time i get headaches is if i run a high does of and oral like dbol or anadrol. Are you running any orals?
 
No orals although I take twin lab amino fuel 3xaday and just learned Tyrosine converts to tyramine which increase blood to the brain which can bring up bp so I'm going to stop that and see if it goes away.
 
Thats what it could be bro. Def keep an on on your bp if its been getting high like that. I dont think you answered this but how many times a week are you injecting your sust?
 
I started Febuary 4 (Monday) 1cc/ 250mgs. Week 2 Feb 11 (Monday coming up) plan to shoot 1cc and Friday 1/2 cc.

but as if right now only pinned once
 
Your suppose to pin Sust 3 times a week bc it has 3 different esters in it. It keeps your blood levels unstable bc of that and with you pinning 500mgs once a week it will cause the high bp not your amino fuel. Its the sust. Pin it 3 times a week to get rid of the High bp and headaches.
 
You cant split up 500mgs evenly up. So I would up it to 600mgs a week split into three injections a week. which each injection will be 200mgs.
 
got it thanks I'm shooting then Sunday morning.. so 0.8cc x 3 a week..
I have Clomid for post cycle. do I need anything else during?
