My First TEST E 500MG Cycle.

Test E ( 500mg Weekly / 500mg Each injection (2ml) (Once a week ) 10-12 week Cycle
14 days after cycle ( Last shot ) start PCT
AI at start of cycle - Adex 0.5mg EOD.


OCT:
Flaxseed Oil
Cycle Assist
Start 1 weeks before cycle, and through PCT.

PCT:
Week 1-4 Nolva 20/20/20/20
Week 1-4 Clomid 100/100/50/50

Most people would suggest that you don't use the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) unless a problem arises.

Estrogen build up during your cycle helps you grow, the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) kills the estrogen.

If you want to be safe, I'd say do .25 EOD.

Danny- You should split up your injections to 2x's a week (250mg each injection: Monday/Thursday). I would go 12 weeks not the 10 bc of the long .

Why are you running both Clomid & Nolva???? That doesn't make sense to me.

I agree with the everyone else about the Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Only need to run ED/EOD if your prone to gyno. I actually ran it ED as a preventative. Which in all reality I did not need too. Hindered my results a little. Just use it as part of your post cycle therapy (pct).

i would def. go 12 weeks or 14. i started seeing results at like week 7-8 from the test.

i kicked it with dbol and i bumped the test up to 750mg week now i see some results. before it was more dbol than test results. went from ~250 to 280lbs.. now i decided to do another 2 weeks so 14 total not 12.

What about Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during cycle or the two weeks between the end of the cycle and start of PCT?
