Hey everyone check out my foodlog from Fitday. Basic stats are I'm 32, 5'8 1/2, 180 pounds. Work out three days on 1 day off and will start doing the exact HIIT routine mentioned in the Burning Fat Sticky.
Stats from fitday are 4,884 calories, 177.1 fat, 462.2 carbs, 369.9

What should I do different if this was a bulk and what would I have to switch for when I start cutting?
