Was wondering if any of you guys could vouch for that site and their weight loss macro plan

i am 5-10 and around 214 pounds or so and am looking to cut to around 200 by the end of september

i have already dropped around 26 pounds in just under 3 months just by beginning lifting again....i currently workout 3 times per week with cardio low intensity cardio mixed in on off days with sunday being the only day completely off

current bench - around 225

current squat - probably around 225 (cut me some slack....just switched to a gym that has a real squat rack now that i have started clinicals......long ass drive to the workplace actually had something that worked out for the better)

current deadlift - around 325

haven't lifted any since high school when i weighed in at 185 with bench in the upper 2's, squat in the low-mid 3's and a deadlift in the mid 4's....i feel like i have seen great results so far but my current diet has stalled out on me.....any info about myfitnesspal will be much appreciated

I use their app on my iPad but just to keep a log of what I eat everyday . I love it because it gives me a brake down of all the macro nutrient I consume at end of each day. But I never tried their recommended plan.

I use the app on my phone to keep track of macros. Haven't even seen the website hahaha.
The app is great tho, let's you scan barcodes!

thanks for the replies...don't think i am going to go with their plan....it was wanting me to only consume something like 65 grams of protein per day lol...not gonna happen

Yeah they don't really consider the bodybuilding diet.... Just the normal person's diet. I only use it to log my food and check my macros

It's awesome on the iphone, 99% of the stuff I've scanned are in the database. And like somebody else said you can change your macro percentages on the site.

The only thing is there is sooooo much ignorance on the forums, there has not been a single time where I have read something on the forums without getting angry.
