MY GHRP-2, Mod GRF (1-29) Log

Since I read far more than I post, I thought I would add something potentially useful for a change. I started running GHRP-2 and Mod GRF this past Thursday, January 1. I started with a 100mcg dose of each prior to bed. Upon waking on January 2, I took another 100mcg dose of each, and another before bed. On January 3, I took another morning dose, post-workout, and bed time 100mcg dose. I have been using that same protocol since and plan on continuing to do so until I see results, positive or negative. Of course, I plan on using "off time" as well somewhere around the 120-180 day mark, depending on what I notice. FYI, I am using B6 at the moment to counteract the prolactin sides from these peptides, and I have pramipexole on hand as well.

My morning dose is on an empty stomach, and I do not consume anything for 25-30 minutes.
What I notice with my morning dose is almost instant hunger. It's a feeling much like going hypo-glycemic. I also feel hot flashes, if you will, within minutes. I have not started with the tingling yet, I suspect that is a while down the road.

My post-workout dose is also on an empty stomach and with a nearly carb depleted feeling due to my workout. I notice the hunger instantly on this dose as well. I have not had the "hot flashes" yet with this dose. Not sure why, maybe they will come about, maybe not. On this dose, the one thing I do notice is I get the shakes. Much like the clen jitters.

My bed time dose is about 30 minutes after my last meal which is always 5 whole eggs. On this dose, the only thing I notice is a tired feeling. Maybe its just natural, because after all, it is bed time.

At this point, the only changes to note are this: I have naturally fast growing hair. I get my hair cut every two weeks whether I need it or not, and it is not unusual to have nearly an inch taken off each time. But, I have also notice an increase in the growth rate of facial hair. I am not a "full beard" kind of guy by any means, more like an apache beard, at least on my cheeks. Apache here and apache there basically. Everywhere else is thick.
Another thing I have noticed, is my "regularity" is irregular, and probably for the good. I'm talking a full cleansing if you know what I mean. I am not sure if that has anything at all to due with the peptides. I highly doubt it, but it is odd that since day 1, this has been a regular occurrence, and honestly, I do not look bloated anymore. So, I guess that is a positive already. Edit: Gastric motility is an effect of GHRP-2.

And, a bit of background to add. I am 30 years old. 5'11-6'0 tall. I just started back in the gym on August 21, 2014 after a few year layoff. I am currently back up to 247 from 220(I am wearing a 32 inch waist pant at the moment). I am currently using no chemical enhancement, aside from the peptides. In my mid 20's , I had a "mature" build for a 24-25 year old and I used 2 cycles of testosterone, the first being Organon Sustanon 250. I got great results from this at only 250 mgs per week and then a good PCT. After about 8 months, I ran my second cycle of Test 400 at only 400 mgs per week, split into 200 mg doses, Monday and Thursday for 12 weeks. I saw great results again from Test only. I went from about 255 to 267 pounds in that 12 weeks on a particularly clean diet. I wanted to keep bloat to a minimum and get as dry of a gain as possible from test alone. I learned that bloat can be an issue from my first cycle of test only. I am estrogen sensitive, but I found that .5 mgs of arimidex per day could keep any flare ups away.

And, for down the road, once I hit 255-260, which should not be too terribly far down the road, I may begin "experimenting" again. I prefer the "keep it simple stupid" approach, because I may know quite a bit about some things, but I am no guru in this field by any means. However, I may try test at 500 mgs, just to see if that puts me over the hump when I hit it. And, if that does not work, I am looking into low dose test, higher tren after that. I think 270-275 and lean is not out of the question for me, but, that weight is going to be dependent on how I feel as my weight increases.

Nothing much to add today. Still on the same routine as above. Still experiencing increased gastric motility. If anything, it is frigid cold today, and usually when it is cold, my wedding band is a little loose. Today, that is not the case. And, although I am not feeling any tingling or numbness in my extremities, I am noticing something a bit different in the way they feel. Maybe this is what some have referred to as tingling or numbness. I guess I will see.
Also, my hair growth and fingernail growth have seemed to accelerate tremendously.

I almost had to drop my mid day dose because I got so tired when I first started. It took a couple weeks and I stuck it out and adapted. The improved sleep was a total blessing for me man. Enjoy it.

JimiThing, I have noticed an increased need for a midday nap. But, I have found that if I stick this out for about 30 minutes to an hour, its like a second wind. With that being said, I am starting to experience the deeper sleep again. I was always one who had at least one dream that I could remember in the morning. Not so often lately. The past few nights, those dreams have returned. So, improved sleep is one thing I can say is a definite.

Another definite is a bit of fluid retention. Mostly in my fingers and hands and some around the waist and chest. Nothing too dramatic. Not terribly noticeable. I am going to see if this subsides in time, but overall, I am not too worried about this effect.

Also, mild acne maybe. I am not certain that you would classify this as acne, at least not "teen" acne. I am developing a few zits along my hairline and across my shoulders, and even a couple in my scalp. The odd thing is, its almost as if they are "draining" themselves and healing quickly. Maybe its collagen related, or some form of "purge" going on. I am not certain. I'm going to monitor these changes and continue to have regular blood work done with my doctor. Will keep the updates coming.

You can take one capsule of cassia bark cinnamon a few minutes before your meals and itll help with the drowsiness.

bone...I'll try the cassia bark cinnamon. But, I must say, that I am not nearly as drowsy now as I was in the beginning. What I can say is that many of the "sides" have subsided. I have received several compliments on my complexion as well. Also, with the increase in appetite, I can say that I have seen a decrease in "stubborn" fat. I keep my cardio minimal, 20 minutes of walking, 3 times per week. I have not changed my diet significantly either. My sleep has certainly improved as well. I think I am going to take a week or two off at the end of the month and then get back on the peptides. I am ready to note the changes, if any, on my off period.
