My intra-workout

below is ingrediants and where i get them.

i weight everything on a scale:

L-citrulline 3g
Beta Alanine 500mg (has a tart taste which helps with over all drink taste) ( the scooper that comes with it is perfect )

throw it all in my shaker cup fill with water and i am G2G

it looks like a lot of money at first but once you divide how many servings you get it is cheap....and i get want i want in my drink. i feel alot of the premade work out drink go alittle light on the ingrediants that matter.
 
thats alot of wasted money for no benefit. the things you eat and drink during or after workout dont matter because food isnt digested instantly as you take it in. it happens much later. the creatine might help you the rest is a waste
 
it seems the core abc has the same things in it that i am taking only i can add or subtract the ingrediants as i see fit and i think my way works out to be cheaper (more money for chicken lol ).
I put all this into a 1.5 liter bottle and drink it down half way thru my work out then i fill the bottle with water and drink that by the end of my work out. I am becoming more vascular... i think it is the citrulline and all the water. also i have increased my beta Alanine to 2 grams
