Hi everyone, hope u are all doing well. i decided to post my diet to get some tips from u guys as to weather i am doing this the right way or not. i also posted my training in the training section of the discussion board
aight here we go.
Breakfast: I usually get up late since i go to bed late because of my job, so in order to get at least 8 hours of sleep i usually have to start my day at around 11:00 am or 12:00 PM.
11:00 am - I get up and have 3 boiled, or scramblled eggs. with some integral whole wheat bread toast on the side and orange juice.
3:00 PM- I have either a whole roasted chicken breast with some black beans and tomatoe salad.
Others days I have a philly cheese steak sandwich with premium quality BLACK ANGUS BEEF, (no salad or beans with this one, just the sandwich)
And on some toher days i have a big piece of marlin fish in garlic sauce with sweet potatoe and vegtables.
5:00 PM: EAS MYOPLEX CARB SENSE PROTEIN SHAKE (25 grams of protein)
7:00 PM: 2 cans of fat free tuna packed in water with brown rice. Or what we in costa rica call "CEVICHE" wich is raw fish cooked in lemon by leaving it for several hours. i dont think there is a name for this in english but i am quite sure most of u will know what i am talking about
10:00 PM: I have a fat free yougort packed with granola and i add some crunched oat meal cookies to the mix
12:00 AM: EAS MYOPLEX CARB SENSE PROTEIN SHAKE (25 grams of protein)
2:00 AM: A GLASS OF WATER AND OFF TO BED
**** I allow my self to have anything i want on sundays, and i call it my OFF DIET DAY. I say that i have been blessed by god since i hate bruguers and any sort of fast foods besides pizza! so on sundays i usually allow myself to have a good 4 slices of pizza ( medium size slices not HUGE like the ones in new york!) and also if i feel like any sweets wich i very very rearly feel like i allow myself to have an ice cream milkshake. this rearly happens and once again i feel like ive been blessed and dont really ever feel cravings for sweets such as these or cakes or pies or whatever.*************************
WHAT GOALS DO I WISH TO ACHIVE WITH THIS DIET?
I am 24 years old, 5,11 ft and at 165 pounds with 15% bodyfat.
i am hoping i can decrease body fat and increase lean body mass with this diet. ive been doing it for the last 5 months and love all the foods in it. also it seems to be working as with my training ive been able to devolpe visible muscle and vascularization without putting on any extra weight and i seem to be getting "tighter" in the areas around my arms and chest. altough my abs are still invisible
anyway, do u guys think this is a good diet ? what recomendations could u give me? any suggestions are welcome
oh and by the way i train hard for 2 hours 5 times a week.Ive been doing the training and the diet for 5 months now ON POINT! i am posting up my training regime next on the training section like i wrote above.
I can already see alot of changes starting to occur in my phisique and i am loving it
most of my friends and people i knopw notice it too
