Ya know Primordial Performance-the sponsor- has a great explanation on how to run HCG. its under their testosterone recovery stack.
500 IU's a week is the most common recommendation-some say 250 twice a week or some do 250 E3d.
Hcg can desensitize the testes-so I think the lowest dose possible is ideal. you also want to make sure your getting enough to keep your balls from shutting down all the way-there is nothing you can do to keep them from shuttin down a lil.
I have never used HCG-but like all meds im sure you will build a tolerance.
I am going to start with 250 iu a week-125 twice a week. Animl1852 is starting his cycle right now and that is what he is doing so I am going to follow his thread to see if this dose will be enough. you can always up hcg-but you should avoid total shutdown.
when you up the dose with HCG you should up the injection frequency rather than-doing more in one shot. you should try to keep each shot 250 or under, unless you a taking like 2 high doses right before post cycle therapy (pct).
so i will do the 1500iu last week of HCG.
Also if you are going to keep HCG in the fridge you should buy a separate bottle of BAC water to mix it with instead of using the stuff it comes with.
