People will post up workouts, diets etc then others will try and copy them because they want to get bigger or whatever.... lve worked out for myself that everything works on people in diffrent ways and you need to discover on what works for your body...sure there is the basics to follow like diets for a specific goal...what style of training your gonna do etc....but in the end of the day it all depends on what works for you .. jsut something l have noticed..criticise what i said if you want but thats what i think.

I agree, each person needs to take into account thier own ability to recover and not overtrain. 98% of people out there will crash and burn doing anything out of a flex magazine for example. Once you discovery the level of volume and intensity you can recover and progress with, its only a matter of picking a routine and modifying it to work for you.

totally agree :)

your ability to handle volume will change over time
you may be able to handle more or you may not which is why it needs to be periodized

yea thats definetly true. But at the same time it can be good for people to copy routines and diets off others because maybe it exposes them to a new lift that works great for them, and definetly exposes them to a new method of training that theyve never tried before. Once youve tried a number of different routines its easy to find out which one works best for you. So i guess its kind of nessecary to do all the copying first?

One key thing for any lifter to learn is when to deload. When enough is enough and most importantly more isnt always better, and usually isnt.

^^^^ yess, the past week ive changed up my training doing lower weight with higher reps and im gettin great pumps with doing the right technique with a lower weight then i did when i was going heavy with my technique abit out of whack.
