ok, i know not to diet for at least a month after you finish a cycle...but would it be ok run 3-5 days a week? as long as your keeping your cals as high, or higher than while on cycle? and keeping your protein up of course...this is what im gonna do for my post cycle therapy (pct) (mind you, my nuts haven't shrunk)

nolva only
day 1 120mg
day 2-10 40
day 11-21 20mg
(should i run this different, like 2 weeks at 40mg, 2 weeks at 20mg?)
running Clen/ECA
started creatine already, so will be on creatine for 3 weeks when post cycle therapy (pct) is started...

whats the word on it????????????
 
Are you asking if its ok to run 60mcg clen five days a week along with nolva post cycle therapy (pct). If that's what your asking the answer is yes.

Or are you asking if its alright to run 3 to 5 days a week, the answer to that depends on how much you run and how much muscle are you willing to burn off. Depending on your cycle you will also experience some sort of glucortorid rebound which will place you in a various state of calabolism, running could increase the catabolism.

im finishing up my first cycle test/dbol cycle... im asking is it ok to do cardio 3-5 times a week in the morning (empty stomach) as long as i keep my calories high and don't alter my diet... OR should i stop doing cardio for a couple weeks till i get back to normal?? thats my question...
im gonna take the clen cause it can't hurt, and might help...Also...im gonna do nolva like this

what i got from your answer was that i CAN run but i risk losing more muscle....will i lose the same amount if i run after post cycle therapy (pct) or should i wait till after, will i be less succeptable (sp?) to losing muscle after...and i beleive the clen should help with being anti-catabolic....
 
Clen will help you with maintaining the lean look, clen is a poor anti catablic. I would not do excess aerobics during post cycle therapy (pct). After post cycle therapy (pct) if you go beyond a certain aerobic treshold you will start burning muscle, as well as fat for fuel. Also excess aerobics will put you in a catabolic state i.e. overtraining. Diet is always the best way to control bodyfat %. IMO.
