My post cycle therapy (after test only cycle).

This is my plan after a medium a test enanthate cycle @ 500mg for 12-14 weeks:

- One shot of 3000 IU somewhere in the last week of your stack
- 3000 5 days later
- Drop to 1500 5 days later
- Last shot of 1500 6 days after that.

Sometime after the second or third shot, therapy with Nolvadex therapy for 4 weeks.

- 40-50 mg of Nolvadex for the first two weeks
- 20-25 mg of Nolvadex for an additional two weeks.

Does this look ok guys?

For starters, run the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at 300-500iu every 4 or 5 days throughout the cycle, stop it before you start your actual post cycle therapy (pct).

The Nolva dosing is fine for post cycle therapy (pct), but timing is off. Start it 14 days after your last Test enanthate injection. You might want to consider throwing in some Clomid @ 50mg day for post cycle therapy (pct) as well, and "yes", that is in addition to the Nolva.

Thanks StoneColdNTO. I got the cycle from big cat from bb.com but then I went on to research it more and had some other people also say it was no good.

It's not the fact that isn't good, it's the fact that a protocol like stonecold sugested is WAY better!
