my progress so far

my first week is done the headaches are fewer and i no longer feel flushed,my strength is going up a little and i can see a some size gains,diet is good i'm trying to eat a lot,typical day is 5am egg beaters and whites with turkey burger,with a little cheese and salsa,and some fruit,8am oatmeal with raisins a scoop of protein powder a spoon of peanut butter or almond or soy butter,with almond milk,11am varies some times green beans salsa and tuna fish or chicken,or 1 large chicken breast and some kind of bean or veggie and most days i also have a cup of fat free yogurt with 1 can of cranberries,between 2:30 and 3pm workout jack 3d pre drink,after my workout i take creatine drink a protein shake made with almond milk and i eat some fruit,usually a banana or a handful of raisins ,between 5 and 6 most days a turkey burger with a bit of cheese topped with salsa with a small baked potato topped with fat free or low fat cottage cheese and green beans or broccoli or some baked beans,8pm i have a snack some times a peanut butter sandwich or cottage cheese it varies..and that's it for my diet any suggestions i need to make let me know...:40oz:

good news here how is your trainning going?
 
training is going good,i'm doing this program from muscle and fitness it's a six day split,all groups get hit twice,but it goes heavy one day light the next,so monday would be a heavy day for chest,shoulders and tris then thusday would be a light weight high rep day for that group,and every day is followed by 15 minutes of interval cardio training,it's a great program:basket:

well I've gain almost 10lbs,muscles look fuller i keep my pump a lot longer,but as of last Friday i started getting sick to my stomach,i would eat a little a just feel over stuffed,got gas pressure feel bloated some times constipated some times not,feel nauseated there has been a bad stomach virus going around and some of my family has gotten it,so could it be the pills or I'm i just getting a bad virus..

could be one or the other def sucks to have to happen while on cycle.

i was taking metha-drol extreme but i hated the side so i switched to beast-drol and i like it a lot not really feeling the sides plus i started stacking it with katanadrol v2.0 and feeling no sides i'll stack for another 2 weeks then it will just be the katanadrol plus i'm cutting back on calories time to start cutting in my 1st 2 1/2 weeks i went from 218lbs to 230lbs thats enough size for now....

that is a nice jump right there. It sounds like you have found the right stack for you. I'm looking forward to seeing how this turns out for you.
 
it's a good cycle but it is messing with my stomach,i have had issues with my stomach in the past and i think beast is the culprit but it could be any thing ,like all the food i was eating it may have been the culprit but i'm dealing with it,what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger..
 
Beast will make u feel like shit for the first 2 weeks u will feel overstuffed when u eat in the morning especially. The rage is intense but manageable if ur used to it
