my first week is done the headaches are fewer and i no longer feel flushed,my strength is going up a little and i can see a some size gains,diet is good i'm trying to eat a lot,typical day is 5am egg beaters and whites with turkey burger,with a little cheese and salsa,and some fruit,8am oatmeal with raisins a scoop of protein powder a spoon of peanut butter or almond or soy butter,with almond milk,11am varies some times green beans salsa and tuna fish or chicken,or 1 large chicken breast and some kind of bean or veggie and most days i also have a cup of fat free yogurt with 1 can of cranberries,between 2:30 and 3pm workout jack 3d pre drink,after my workout i take creatine drink a protein shake made with almond milk and i eat some fruit,usually a banana or a handful of raisins ,between 5 and 6 most days a turkey burger with a bit of cheese topped with salsa with a small baked potato topped with fat free or low fat cottage cheese and green beans or broccoli or some baked beans,8pm i have a snack some times a peanut butter sandwich or cottage cheese it varies..and that's it for my diet any suggestions i need to make let me know...
