My Protein Shake. Tasty and Nutritious.

After reading various posts on here my protein shake has evolved to this:

2 scoops protein powder; cal240 p44 f3 c8
2 tbl spoons Natty PB; cal200 p7 f16 c7
1/2cup lofat cottage cheese; cal80 p12 f2 c5
12oz skim milk; cal120 p13.5 f0 c18

ToTAL; Calories 640 Protein 76.5 Fat 21 Carbohydrates 38

And it tastes great.

What do yall think of the shake?
 
I think he means the low calorie count, and you did say protein shake not MRP so calorie count means little.

I usually just use raw eggs and my powder.
