I`m on my 1st cycle. Took my 12th pin 1 week ago and I am preparing for post cycle therapy (pct) starting next week.
By week 10 or 11 I had shoulder pain/ early onset of elbow tendonitis and a strained tricep. Also had some rough leg workouts with a cramping & tight back.
Obviously the Test improved my strength but my joints are just taking a beatin. After 6 months of hard training to maximize gains I have started to get beat up a little.
My concern was that by the time post cycle therapy (pct) starts I would be too f`d up to keep up the intensity. So I took the hint from my body and have been resting for close to a week. I am doing better but not 100%.
It sucks having to rest while on cycle but I feel I have no choice. post cycle therapy (pct) is important to be fullfilled properly. I put on about 18 lbs this cycle & I want to keep as much as I can.
Pretty soon my strencght is gonna start slipping due to the test leaving my system. so should I decrease the weight I lift right off the bat or feel it out as I go?? I just dont want to get stuck doing weight thats to much & then getting injured to the point that I cant train properly.
