My sperm count is abysmal and I need to get off TRT 3-6 months till pregnancy

For some strange reason the HCG apparently has been keeping my sperm count up despite my balls being full. The urologist wants to put me on clomid and my TRT clinic wants to keep me on HCG as well as put me on Clomid. Who's right and who's wrong. Are there additional precautions i should take when coming off TRT. Thanks in advance for your help gents

How much hCG are you taking and what is the frequency?

Have you tried hMG?

Coming off TRT would be a last resort for me after I had exhausted everything else.

Do you know if you sperm count used to be good? Do you have kids or have you gotten women pregnant in the past?

Being a physician doesn't qualify her to know this stuff. They don't teach it in medical school. lol.

I am being a bit facetious, but I think you get my point.

You have my two cents. I would be trying other things first before going off TRT.
