My Wrong Ways

From my less-than-extensive research and common sense, I know this wasn’t the best idea, but…
I started a cycle of Test 250 the same time I started back going to the gym. I had planned on waiting a couple of months and conditioning by body 3 – 6 months before I started. From what I’ve read, some say that you should max out your potential, wait til you hit a plateau, then start juicing. So I know this isn’t recommended and probably somewhat a waste of gear and I’ll more than likely get bashed for doing so. I’m not here to get criticized, unless you can do it constructively. I just want to share my experience, progress, and get feedback and ideas from you all. I’m 25 and approx. 165 lbs. My goal is of course, to bulk up, gain muscle, mass, and overall strength. I know I need to eat more, and healthier. It’s somewhat costly but I try my best. I try to take in at least 150 grams of protein a day. Whether it’s from muscle milk or where ever else, I believe I do achieve that. I also started deca about 3 weeks into my cycle. At the gym, since I’m somewhat a beginner and only have a workout partner about 1-2 times a week, I do a good bit of isolated muscle workouts, on the machines. I know free weights are the way to go and I plan on converting to doing mostly that. I feel like I need a degree in nutrition and human anatomy sometimes when reading some posts on forums. I always felt like my body reacts very well to working out - with or without the juice. I mean, seems like I get results very fast. Maybe it’s good genetics, maybe it’s just in my head. So, to sum it up, this is where I’m at. 5th week Test and 2nd week Deca. Apart from it being a bad idea to start way before I should have, was it bad to wait that long to start the deca? Any advice is appreciated as I am a true novice and don’t know much about the chemistry behind it all. Should I continue one, both, or neither? I’ll run out of test with 4 or 5 weeks left on the deca. I could always get more. Let me know what you think. Thanks
 
Yes it was a bad idea to start the deca. Since your say test 250 and not test 100 I assume this is a longer ester like Test E or Test cyp. Next time plz say ester too.

The deal is you start pct 2 weeks after your last shot of test E or Cyp ( there are others but lets not get into it too much). Deca should stop 1 week before the laqst shot of the long test. So longer ester test is 2 weeks before pct and deca ( or sust) should be 3 weeks.

Now the problem with this is Deca is to be a minimum of 12 weeks. Your gonna find info that says 8 week minimum, but it is the concensus of this board and many others that it is 12 week minimum and really a longer cycle like 16 weeks is better for this.

So yeah if you don't have enough test or deca to extend this cycle it was a bad idea.... don't freak out though JUST MAKE SURE TO STOP DECA 1 WEEK BEFORE THE TEST and then start pct 2 weeks after last shot of test.

If it makes you feel better your still gonna get an immune boost, joint pain releif, and a little strength from the deca... what you did just isnt the optimal way its done and you may have wasted a little money. Lesson learned :D
 
1st Cycle?

1st cycle should always be test only, not to mention a test/deca stack should be 12-14 weeks. Do u have enough for that? Any Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG)? What is your PCT like? I think ur in way over ur head IMO.
 
Thanks for the reply ErectusMaximus. How do you tell the difference between ester and cyp? It says Testosterone Blend on the bottle. 250 MG/ML 10 ML on the T.. and the d-bol is 200 MG/ML 10 ML. I'm doing 1 ML each once a week. Should I up my dosage of deca so I run out around the same time or earlier, so that I'm not doing just deca when I run out of the test? Or get more test to extend my cycle so I can stop deca 1 week before stopping test? Or any other options/advice I'm all ears. Obviously I'm new to all this and just trying to get some knowledge. Lay it upon me.

Yes tjkita, it is my first cycle. Maybe I am in over my head. I'm not trying to turn into a mega ripped bodybuilder type, just get a nice boost. I'm just tryin to get in great shape and looking my best, and am committed to doing so. I might downplay the seriousness of the chemicals I'm plunging into my body, and doubt it is going to harm me. It doesn't seem as serious to the point where I would consider it as being "in over my head." At the same time let me say that I do take it serious enough to be on here asking for advice and doing a good bit of research to make sure I'm not doing anything really, really dangerous. Please give me more insight into how you believe I'm in over my head. I'm not trying to come off as a smart ass or anything, sorry if it sounded that way, (it kinda did). I'm the one asking for you help, I really appreciate your advice and taking the time to respond.

As for the PCT, I haven't put anything together yet. I'm going to consult with my people and do more research about that, and hopefully get some feedback from you all as well. And for Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and HCG...? I really don't know what that is. Please enlighten me.

I've been hitting the gym on and off my whole life, but just started back regularly upon starting this cycle.

I already know that I should've waited and upped my physique quiet a bit before starting a cycle. However once I acquired a connect on the juice it was kind of hard to resist. And once I had it in my possession, it was even harder to wait months and months and months before getting started. So I caved. I wanted a boost, some extra assistance, motivation, or whatever you want to call it, just to help me get 'up there' a little bit. I feel like after this cycle, after a little jump start, I'll be good to go for a while.

I knew once I started it up, I would be even more committed to hitting the gym harder and more frequently than I normally would. Which is exactly how I feel. The research I did before I started didn't uncover anything to convince me I shouldn't - which is what has ultimately led me here, seeking advise from you experienced users...

Apart from wasting (not maximizing) the gear and wasting some money, what else is likely to go so wrong?

You should start by reading the stickys on this forum.

If you dont do your cycle the correct way you could screw up your natural test levels and end up on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for the rest of your life, shrink your nuts to the size of peas and end up with bitch tits for starters. Not to mention an emotional roller coaster.

If you will, point me in the right direction. As I expected, I've got somewhat different responses already. What's done is done, I can't draw the stuff out of my body. My question is, where should I go from here? Stop completely, or finish the cycle? If I continue, should I stop the deca... OR extend (get more) test to outlast the deca and then stop? I've read, read, and read some more. I feel like my goals are somewhat different than most people on these forums. I have no desire to become a bodybuilder and get monstrously ripped. Feelings aren't facts though.. so I could be wrong. I've posted here to share my experience and hopefully learn something in the process. I've gone into detail about myself and what I'm doing hoping someone knowledgeable can drop some knowledge accordingly to my situation. Please keep in mind that I'm new to all this so feel free to dumb it down as much as you like. All feedback is appreciated.

1st.... @Teutonic - Thanks.. Man, your reply wasn't a waste of time. Out of everything I've read, you said some things that are completely new to me and I really appreciate it. Keep in mind, I'm not trying to become Arnold Jr. over here.. just wanting to bulk up and use this a stepping stone to do so. No offense to the people who eat, drink, live, and breath this shit - that's just not me or how I want to become. If I used 1 or 2 cycle as a boost just gain the weight and strength I aim for, what is the likelihood of some, or any, of that happening? How long did you use before you had these effects? Thanks in advance.
