Would myoplex lite meal replacements be good for cutting? I want to lose that extra body fat and have a hard time eating the right foods so I want to give these meal replacements a try. If you know of anyone who has had success with them or know where I can get someone to help me out with my diet please let me know.

read the boxes carefully , myoplex lite vs myoplex , the biggest difference is the size of the servings . just get the myoplex and use 1/2 pack per serving its cheaper in the long run

is the meal replacement worth buying? I dont want to spend money on something that wont help. My main reason for wanting to use these is to help control what I eat.

I'd suggest making your own meal replacement using whey protien. It ends up being more economical in the end. Not to mention that you know exactly what you are putting in it.:)

Myoplex lite is Myoplex original, but 66% of it in the packet, i believe. If you are cutting via low-carb diet, this would not be the way to go. Although a good quality MRP (Myoplex), there are others out there that you would benefit from more.
