Just wanted to say thanks to Nerdalert and N2 for giving us the opportunity to try this out and log it.
I am currently on a cycle of Forged Burner so my wife is taking the N2Burn and I am logging her progress with it.
Stats for my wife -
24yrs old 5ft 5in. her starting weight is 165lbs
She gained all of her weight during her pregnancy and her goal weight is 125lbs
She is currently starting a 1200 calorie diet
Breakfast
1 plain whole wheat waffle
1 cup skim milk
Snack
1 small banana
Lunch
2 slices of bread
4oz shredded turkey breast
(made sandwich, used plain yellow mustard)
1 small side salad
Snack
1 medium apple
Dinner
4oz halibut
1/2 cup cooked asparagus
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 a baked potato
1 tbsp sour cream
AND LOTS OF WATER
*Feel free to critique this diet if she should change anything this is just and example of what she did today*
Her workout consists of 30 minutes a day of HIIT on the elliptical and a 20 minute workout of the Jillian Michaels "30 day shred" all at home. Also takes care of a 1 year old all day haha.
She has Tachycardia which is a medical condition and basically means she has an abnormal heart beat.
She has tried other fat burners in the past but has not been able to handle them due to her heart beating to fast when she takes them. I read the profile on the N2burn and it sounded good and she wanted to give it a shot.
She started today and here are the negatives and positives so far. I will update these as she tells me more throughout the week.
Positives -
1) Clean energy
2) No rapid heart beat
3) Sweats when doing normal activities (Thermo is really kicking her ass but in a good way lol)
4) Appetite Suppressant is working great
Negatives -
1) Lack of concentration (she says she really has to focus to get things done because she gets side tracked or "Spaces out"
2) Shaky hands
3) Nausea this morning but will see if that continues throughout the week
Thanks again for this opportunity I am really impressed with N2's product line so far.
