Doesnt have to be completely "natty" just nothing with side effects, unless they are minor.

Just want an easier time putting on size while staying lean. :3 I dont know enough to be more specific

You just want to "kind of use steroids a little?". Kind of like just getting sort of a little pregnant?

Try getting 8-9 hours sleep. Lifting weights. Eating a good diet with sufficient protein. Taking creatine.

Dr BigBen prescribes: eggs and oats for breakfast, turkey on wholemeal mid morning, whey and dextrose post-workout, fish and spuds mid afternoon, chicken and greens for dinner (rice optional) and a casein shake for supper before bedtime....

Throw some iron around with good techniques on a daily basis x 5 per week, drink lots of water and sleep well...

Light touch-paper, stand well back, and...... BOOM!

Pick one goal at a time. Either get lean, or add mass. Bulk, or cut. If you wanna get big, eat more, if you wanna cut eat less. At your age you're going to make the best natural progress of your life. Take advantage and don't screw up your high healthy hormone levels. Put your money into food.
