Well, I'm trying to optimize my results of using test to increase my testosterone and need to plan a routine to follow. I am a bigger guy with a high bf at the moment and was only going to focus mainly on cardio and light weights, but it was brought to my attention that lifting heavier will do more for losing weight than cardio will. I guess that makes since since more muscle will help burn fat even while resting. It's been about 5-6 years since I have lifted heavy so I probably need to reacquaint myself to the weight game. Are there any links to a good regimen that will be good to follow. I just joined a gym through my job and will be lifting in the morning before work so I'll have all the time I need to lift just want to have my days planned and prepared. I know back in the day I used to focus on one body group a day, but I'm all ears if there are some better options to follow. Also how much cardio should I include if any at all and should I do a HITT kind of cardio instead of the regular 30-45 min routine?
