I really like this diet G. It looks solid, doesnt look like there are any leaks.

One possible change would be to eat some chicken breast, salmon fillet, beef or Turkey again for meal #4 instead of the eggs. The tuna is good, I just think you may benefit more from having more lean meats in your diet.

One other possible suggestion would be to split your protein shake from Meal #2 in half and drink the last half of it at about 9:30pm or 10pm. This would then give you more feeding times and would allow your metabolism to continue be very high throughout more of the whole day. Dont be scared of having a protein shake before bed, they are very low in carbs and I always found them good to keep your metabolism kicking while you sleep.
in my opionion your diet looks good, but after your post workout shake at 645pm you need to eat a solid meal such as 2 cups of spinach salad with 2-3 oz chicken. dressing red wine vinegar. because after you workout your body absorbs that whey shake within 30 minutes. so i know you have to be hungry by at least an hour after that shake. so add that. thats just my opinion you need real food to... also g.g what kind of shake do you do for meal 2 i think it was??? if it is whey i would suggest against that, that should only be used for post workout. If thats what you do for a meal like #2 i use pro blend 55. but i only do 1 scoop because its to much protein but that protein is not only whey concentrate but egg white, miscellar casein, whey isolate, and ion exchange proteins. what that all means is it a slower time released protein for better assimilation, which allows for you to feel fuller and it also contains L-gluatamine and bcaa's which is what you need. that my opionion. but i only use this during the day as a meal on somedays, i would never use as a post workout.
