they work but you need to be in it for the long haul. its not like a 10 week cycle where you can expect to put on 10 pounds. its slow steady improvement in body composition as well as many other positive effects. cheaper than flat out hgh with many similar benefits. although i have learned it is not a straight out replacement for low dose hgh.
yes peptides are great for that. something like ghrp-6 and cjc no dac dosed at 100mcg 2-3x daily would be a good starting point. once in the morning, once post work out, and once right before sleeping.
Yer i started messing with peptides. I got sick of pinning 3 times a day and waiting so long to know is i was getting results. Be careful, there is alot of bunk stuff getting around, and they become unstable very easy.
