need advice

I'm not sure I understand. But I would just get a new syringe.... Like $0.50 bro.... Play it safe :)
 
say you took your old syringe to draw back the gear. i tried to clean it out with water but there was some old gear left in it prob a drop if that . so when i pushed air into the vial these air bubbles or small particles popped up in the vial. is this something i should worry about . you think this could cause a infection?

Oil and water do not mix, so what you have is suspended water in the oil under negative pressure of the syringe when drawn. Infection wise, tap water is not what I would consider sterile. Buy more barrels.
