hey guys...im starting my first mass cycle of test enanthate for 10 weeks....500mg a week for 10 weeks...i know in order to see maximum gains and keep gains post cycle diet is very important...any suggestions
well im 6'3...about 228-232....ive been lifting for a while now...over a year....and im not too sure on my body fat %...i want to gain lean mass...you now i really dont want the bloated look when it looks like im just retaining water....
Throw some Liquidex into your cycle to fight off water retention. As far as diet post cycle keep it as close to what you were eating during cycle, atleast 5k cals or so not sure how much you're eating.
