Hi everyone.i am 18.i have been lifting for 2 years but i still am skinny.my height is 184,my weight is 165.i need something to get bulked and gain 20-25 pound as soon as it is possible. Also I dont need to look like a bodybuilder,I just want to get this 25 pounds of muscle weight and to hold to it after stopping the usage of the product. Also I want my gains to look natural.I also would like your thoughts on products, which i need to be natural with minimum side effects.I would really appreciate if you would write cycle of usage with the post cycle treatment. Thanks
P.S I do know that I am 18

25 lbs on a ectomorphic frame at is not a small thing..

Your 18, anything that would put 25lbs on ASAP is going to screw you over for life more often then not.
It won't look natural, no matter what you do.
To hold 25lbs after cycle requires at least 30%-50% more mass over top of what your hoping to keep.

I doubt you'll listen, but spend a few years training, 2 years is barely even getting started, wait till after your 21-22 to even think of 'help'.

I'm going to say without reservation that everyone who replies will tell you something similar to what I've stated, (+/- more expletives and /or horror stories)

For his hight and weight.. without seeing his bone structure, I'd say even 6000 cal/day would not do any good. a few years and maybe an early 20's thickening, that might just do it.. but it doesn't sound like he's willing to do it the right way.

I am willing to listen to the solutions to the problem but waiting 2-3 years for some result isn't the best decision.is there program or training method you would recommend to get at least 10 pounds of muscle weight.clean.maybe you can recommend some clean products that will affect my performance?not drugs.plus i guess you are right no matter how much I eat I am not getting any bigger.I am eating around 3000 calories daily.so what to do?

Depending on what you want to achieve/use the muscle for, there are many different ways to work out. Might be a good idea to expand on what your end goal is.

my end goal is aesthetics.i do not prepare for any bodybuilding contest, neither i need muscles for any athletic activities.i just want to gain big muscle weight and always keep it in shape.so,end goal is to look better, natural and get buffed.i really need someone 's advice right now because period of excitement in training has ended and now i am more disappointed.I would really appreciate any help

strongly disagree. IMO if u eat more and eat right u will gain weight. and if u r training good and hard then u will gain muscle also. its 80% diet and 20% workout brother. u r way too young an inexperienced for AAS tho, so i do agree on that part

You've picked the hardest to maintain mental attitude for working out, 'looks'. You need to come up with a better reason and specific short term goals to push yourself. Reach that short term goal and move on to the next one. I would suggest a weight or measurement(s) to get you started since looks are where your at.

Your not going to look like Brock Lesnar but maybe a good solid Pro NBA player.

I've never trained anyone who was just in it for looks, so I can't say much beyond what I've said. programs and food idea's should come from the guys who work with people like yourself.

AS an Ectomorph myself I can say with authority that it won't help, I was doing 6000cal/day, working out 4-1 with day splits, my strength was awesome but at 5'10", I could not get past 178lbs. Not until I hit 21' when I thickened and widened.. since then I haven't been below 210.

The Meso's and Endo's of the world have it easy when it comes to mass....

i don't need to look like Brock Lesnar. For me ideal mass would be like,i dont know, Ryan Gosling for example. My aim is not to get big,but to get wider and add in size and muscles. So is there any specific plan, how should I add in size and progress?because there are lots of skinny guys who stay the same after 21.plus it's like genetical.my father ain't muscular too.He is also tall but not big in muscle size.i just don't know what i can do.waiting is not the best choice for me.but i am also against using any steroids,so really interested in opinion of experienced people
