any other ideas anybody???

There are really a ton of things you can do with pylons, a decent amount of space, and your own weight. Are you in highschool? Feel free to jog around when the day is over and nobody is around. Thats how I got in shape for rugby season before I started boxing.

Where do you live in Canada? It's been -24 to -30 celcius here and I still run up the hill but my house all the time. You just have to dress for it.
Other than jumping rope the only thing I can think of is if you live in an office building running the stairs at work.

NO, i live in NY where the temps are about 20 F with a windchill of God knows how cold. i dont no what that is in celcius but its fukin cold. theres really no where i can run outside becuse i live in a congested area with tons of people walking the streets all day and all night. i kind of feel stupid because i no alot of people in my town and its ambarrasing when they see my running.

embarrasing... my mom made me walk with her through the neighborhood the other day... so i kept a slow jog to keep warm and then i lit up a smoke and walked beside her.. talk about embarassing....

20F = -6.6 C
Lol, don't move to Canada.

do burpies, jog in place for a three count, then drop down to your chest, hop up again repeat step one . do some of those and you will be sweating like a pig in no time. hope this will help.

TONS of options:
jump rope
jump in a stationary position or jumping jacks
run up and down ur stairs
try those speed steps (right foot up, left foot up, right foot down left foot down)
try drop in sports at a rec center, they are like $2 a time, or go to a local university/college, htey are often free
dang man y ou can even run in a stationary position

I'm on long island. this cold isn't going to stay forever...
buy yourself your own video- kickboxing or something you could do in your living room. Or just jog in place while you watch tv.
