Need Cycle advice for young and old??

I may be asking a bit much from you guys but you did not fail me before so if any of you awesome people feel like taking the time to help me out It would be greatly appreciated.

So lets start with me, I am the youngun (Username lol) And will be going on my second cycle around Feb-march, Ended my first cycle Early august.

My first cycle i was aiming for a cut and was pretty successful despite the fact the gear was pretty under dosed i think, Couple of my buddies tried it who were on there 3-5 cycles and didn't like it at all (Finnea brand)

I started very simple to see how i reacted, Only side effects were a bit of backne and overheated. No loss in testies or anything.

I did 600MG test enanthate / weeks 1-12

And weeks 6-12 i took 75 MG of anavar

I was intaking 2500 calories, i think my ratio was 50/30/20... Protien/carb/fat if i remember correctly, Ended up going from 185lbs too 200 LBS and about 14% too 11-12% BF

Now for my next cycle I would like to get more serious as im hoping to compete in the next year or two and Would like everything to be on point No matter when No excuses.

What I can do is set my workout routines and diet routines as I've become somewhat experienced over these past couple years. What I can not do (Wisely) is pick out mine and my friends cycles as i am not that experienced in this category yet, which I would like your guys help with.

Stats for myself: 20 years of age, 193LBS, 11-12% BF (as of caliper) I know i will be bashed because of age, But I would still appreciate advice from those willing to help. I don't feel the need to lie about my age to receive advice so give me that atleast.

I will be ordering through a reputable dealer which I have found through some serious Competitors.

I am thinking about tren but weary of the side effects, Is it too early on my second cycle? Would doing a test/Deca be As beneficial or will a test/tren combination blow that out of the water in terms of lean body mass.

My goal is to gain lean body mass while keeping the body fat down as much as i can. Thinking about intaking 3500-4000 calories and up the carbs a bit more then I had on my cutting diet. I work labour full time and train 5 days a week or more.

I am pretty much set on a tren/test cycle unless you guys can tell me otherwise. Any dosing advice would be good aswell.


Now my friend who is 40 years of age is going on his 4th cycle, He is around 190LBS 9%BF and didn't gain very much off his last round. He is thinking of running HGH. What he wants to know is what to run with the HGH. his last cycle was:

600MG test E - weeks 1-12
600MG Deca - weeks 1-12
50 MG dbol - weeks 1-4
 
You gained 18.9 lbs of lean mass while cutting in a caloric deficit? Are those numbers accurate or is there a possible typo?
 
185 to 200 would be 15LBS, No these numbers are not wrong Unless the scale lied, But i always weighed in the same time before gym with the same clothes . To be fair that weigh in only lasted a couple days 198 was more constant

Yeah but you lost fat. Math says 18.9 lbs. I would consider a bod pod assessment for future cycles for better accuracy. 18.9 lbs of lean mass is not humanly possible. Actually, 2 lbs would be merely impossible in a deficit.
 
Sorry I am looking back at Pictures and my numbers are innacurate, I hit 190Lbs all natural before I cycled, But 10 lbs or whatever the math with losing fat would be still seems Humanly impossible to you not sure what to tell you. I ate 2500 calories all day everyday for pretty much my whole cycle besides a cheat day here and there
 
Alright. It's just not how a body functions in a deficit. I'm sure others will chime in and help out with your post. Best of luck to you.

I was 100% with Austinite till you said "cheat day here and there". This can make a big difference. A 5000 calorie cheat day twice a week would put you at a surplus... i think

I better rephrase my initial statement for the betterment of understanding....

Not even God himself, can put 19 lbs of lean muscle fibers on a man with said cycle.

Hope that clears up any confusion.
 
By "Here and there" I do not mean twice a week .... Nor 5000 calories on a cheat day, I mean i fit a burger or 2 in with my regular meals, Anyway besides the fact any help on the questions i have asked, We can ignor my superhuman weight gaining abilities for now lol
