Need Diet Evaluation

I need some diet love. currently I am 30yrs old 6'0 250lbs 25%bpi give or take. I work out 4 to 6 times a week weights and 20min of cardio. I would like to cut weight to 230lbs so I am looking for some help on my current diet like add this or take away that so here is what I have been doing

5am. I have coffee one tbl spoon sugar and a splash of milk with fish oil pill and milk thistle
9am. I have 2 cups yogurt 1cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup granola 1/2cup pineapple
11:30am raw spinach salad with a bunch of greens and 1/2 cup turkey 1/4 cup lite dressing
3:00pm 6oz or so turkey sandwich with mustard and a slice of cheese whole wheat bread
3:30 work out
creatine after work out mri anabolic switch currently cycled two tubs on 2 weeks off
5:30 or 6pm dinner is usually balanced what ever my wife cooks a veg alittle pasta or rice and meat

so is this a good thing or should I switch some things? I have barley anytime in the morning 5am to cook so I was thinking a scoop of protien and milk would be good but not sure ? I am loosing weight about 2 lbs a week but I have doubled my cardio so I chalked it up to that. lost only 1/2lb last week and was bummed so Thanks for taking the time and I appreciate the feedback . I am adding a eca stack this week green stinger and dropping the coffee and replacing it with the protien. I also get hungry at night right after I go to bed around 8:30 or 9pm I just starve myself mostly but sometimes Im weak and eat a peanutbutter sandwich should I go with like a pm protien shake casine or just be a man and starve? sorry for all the stringed questions and thanks again for the help

lol I know its not a solid diet thats y I posted. who is the wizard? or is that like a saying? compared to what I was eating I have been dropping 1 to 3 lbs for about a month however last weeki lost 1/2 lb so I figured its time to tune. I have concidered 3j but I think I will use him on cycle thats what I figure ill benifet most or not idk just fishing and learning as much as I can. I wil say the people here r awsome and knowlege base is great
 
Dang dude, your body is in starvation mode. My 2 year old eats about 5x that much. You need to eat more! Why are you waiting until 9am to eat? Feed your body upon waking! Eat small balanced meals every 3 hours so you keep your metabolism running.

really I don't get hungry until about 9 thats y a ptotien shake would be ideal in the morning when I get up but is that enough? until the 9am meal I could shift 9 to 830 if that would be better what do u think?

I think you should sleep until 8:45am if you're not eating until 9am! J/K!

The ECA stack might actually make you less hungry. I would wait to add that until you get your diet in order. The ECA stack is best used to get rid of the last few pounds.

Have you had any bloodwork done recently?

Are you taking ANY type of medication? Prescribed or OTC?

no meds xanis to sleep sometimes not often though I was going to research bloodwork next but since u asked what should I be having the doc check for ? I can eat anytime no problem but in the 5am getting ready for work I got min time and sleeping babys so do u think a protien shake would b good for that meal until 830 or 9am,meal?

I'm a single dad, I get up between 4am and 5am for work, first meal is within 45-60 minutes after waking, every 2.5 - 3 hours after that. Cook ahead of time, chicken recipes in the crock pot - plenty of recipes on this forum. Brown rice - for me, I usually keep my chicken (protein) intake the same, whether I am bulking or cutting and I adjust my carb/fiber/fat intake to either bulk or cut. There are a few good high protein oatmeal pancake recipes on here too - they taste great for breakfast or eat them cold on the drive to work.

The key is going to be preparation. You will fuck up your diet if you don't take the time to prepare.

I highly recommend contacting 3J on this forum and purchasing some of his diet/meal plans. A lot of guys have had phenomenal success with his help. I am going to use him for my next bulk cycle. Worth every penny.

your starving yourself bud... if i were you i would reconsider my plan.. you can always come back to me when you wanna cycle.. the harder part is losing the weight the right way.. (i discount returning customers)
