I need some diet love. currently I am 30yrs old 6'0 250lbs 25%bpi give or take. I work out 4 to 6 times a week weights and 20min of cardio. I would like to cut weight to 230lbs so I am looking for some help on my current diet like add this or take away that so here is what I have been doing
5am. I have coffee one tbl spoon sugar and a splash of milk with fish oil pill and milk thistle
9am. I have 2 cups yogurt 1cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup granola 1/2cup pineapple
11:30am raw spinach salad with a bunch of greens and 1/2 cup turkey 1/4 cup lite dressing
3:00pm 6oz or so turkey sandwich with mustard and a slice of cheese whole wheat bread
3:30 work out
creatine after work out mri anabolic switch currently cycled two tubs on 2 weeks off
5:30 or 6pm dinner is usually balanced what ever my wife cooks a veg alittle pasta or rice and meat
so is this a good thing or should I switch some things? I have barley anytime in the morning 5am to cook so I was thinking a scoop of protien and milk would be good but not sure ? I am loosing weight about 2 lbs a week but I have doubled my cardio so I chalked it up to that. lost only 1/2lb last week and was bummed so Thanks for taking the time and I appreciate the feedback . I am adding a eca stack this week green stinger and dropping the coffee and replacing it with the protien. I also get hungry at night right after I go to bed around 8:30 or 9pm I just starve myself mostly but sometimes Im weak and eat a peanutbutter sandwich should I go with like a pm protien shake casine or just be a man and starve? sorry for all the stringed questions and thanks again for the help
