Need first cycle advice from the experienced??

I'm 29 year old male , I've trained on and off for over 10 years and would like to start my first cycle ... I'm 6"2 my weight is 250lb with 25% bf ... All my life I've struggled to lose bf as I've always like my food and mostly wrong food .... The last month I've been eating all the right things and diet is alot better .. My question is : what (test) is best to run with my dbols 10mg??
 
Hosie, im a very experienced and long time user of anabolics and I have competed on stage many years. What I just read was you are concerned with a weight condition you are fighting with more than anything. I cant say starting a cycle is the best thing for you right now if you have not mastered your diet and training.

I suggest hiring a dietician or an experienced trainer that if familiar with diets to lower body percentage. Begin a diet and training coordination technique where you begin a cardio regimen in the morning and a training at night or vice versa. You need to coordinate the calorie intake around these training times. Count your carbs around these training times as well.

A good trainer will know exactly what Im talking about and teach you.

After then I suggest implementing the anabolics to supplement and increase gains. I seriously do not suggest dbol if you are concerned of a weight condition. Highly aromatizing product and causes water retention.

Reconsider your cycle for something more applicable to your goals. Test and Anavar maybe. Dont run test to high and add an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or SERM to counter any estrogen imbalance. Dont forget PCT products.

Also, I always suggest running a nice peptide to tie in all your gains as the extra boost you will need. CJC1293/IPam combo or IGF Lr3 or even IGF Des for your animal experiments. These are for animal experiments. You may even want to try the GW 501516 with AICAR combo to induce your lean progression.

Study them all and make your choice. The board and my pm's are always open for a critique.

Thanks for that information I will definatley look into it , at what bf% should I set my goal at before beginning my cycle ? My thoughts were by starting a small cycle it will give me the incentives I need to to train harder and eat the right foods , while in the same time giving noticeable gains in a shorter time ..
 
Not what bf but when you feel you are the master of your diet. When you can bulk up or lean out at will and in a specific time period. For me I know I can get shredded in 8-10 weeks. I know this from years of dieting for shows and knowing exactly how much to eat and how to train around my diet. I can bulk up or lean out to a science. You dont have to take my advice exactly and wait to cycle. Atleast dont add anything that will counter your efforts to lean out more. For you I would learn to lean out not worry about bulking. Seems easy for you already lol Dont add the dbol. If you are looking for that front load try prop eod for a couple weeks or just be patient for a test to kick in. Keep the cycle low like you suggested. Keep it simple and experiment. Learn what's making you leaner, bigger, and stronger with out looking like a walking balloon. Keep your mental notes and practice mastering every aspect of your training to be the best you ever have been.
