im 6'3 288lbs, something like 26% bodyfat....been lifting for 5 1/2 years and want to lose about 50 lbs by new years.
i plan on doing cardio twice a day but im not too sure about what i should eat. Lately ive been eating lots of tuna and whole eggs and propel fitness water (6 carbs, 75 mg sodium, 80mg potassium per serving)((i usually have about 10 bottles a day) because i cant stand drinking water.
i basically need to know what types of food i need to eat at certain times and also some tips and tricks to staying strict with my diet because the longest ive ever gone staying strict was 3 weeks and i didnt see enough results for my liking so i gave up.
