Need help dialing in my TRT protocol - bloodwork included

I'm having trouble dialing in my TRT and I'm hoping I can get some feedback from the community as to what I'm doing wrong. I've been off and on TRT with the same protocol for 3 years. I came off twice to get my fertility back, but have been on the same protocol with no change for over a year now. Blood work was taken at the same time and day of the week - Wednesday morning. I've been breaking out with acme and been super moody and bloated lately (obviously from the high E2). Doc wants to wait 6 weeks and test again before giving me something to control the estrogen. Thoughts?

That is weird. This is a shot in the dark, but your thyroid numbers changed so your SHBG probably changed. Changes in your SHBG may be the cause of your estradiol problems given that your TRT protocol has not changed.

your bioawailable is way to high, wich could indicate that you are over medicated! This would likewise mean that some is converted into estrogen, putting it in the high range. Like mega idd assume your shbg is low!

- I must admit that after stopping injections and dropping in 50% in testosterone / free T. I actually feel waaaaay better.
