I've been on TRT since June of 2015. Here are my most recent blood work results. Is my Estradiol high? My Free looks good, if I lower my dose of Test-Cyp, would that lower Estradiol? I currently take .3ml of 200mg every 3.5 days. Any suggestions/insight would be helpful.

Estradiol- 49.2 pg/ml
Testosterone- 784 ng/dL (210-800)

I'm not sure about the Assay. It just says Estradiol- SERUM-49.2 pg/mL. I do feel pretty good, energy is good (i don't fall alseep on the couch at 8pm anymore), and my sex drive is good as well. I just didn't know if my Estradiol was too high or any natural ways to bring it down. I'm sure getting in shape would help. I'm 5'11 208, I don't eat particularly good and haven't been working out at all. I need to start, but I had shoulder surgery last year and ever since then I haven't been able to get back into it. When I had my surgery last December I was 198, so I haven't gained too much, but definitely out of shape.

Estradiol may be a little too high or it may be perfect. Depends on whether or not you had the Regular or Sensitive Assay done. If you could at least tell is the reference range that was provided by the lab, that might help. Or you could call and ask the lab the specific name of the Assay performed.

There are ways of being down E2. They include increasing pinning frequency, pinning less test, using DIM, using an AI, lowering body fat
