Im trying to plan my next cycle. Most likely going to start early February but I want to get something set in stone soon so I can start collecting the things I need. It is mostly going to be a cutting cycle, but I really need to add a few more pounds of muscle first. I know It would be best to either cut or bulk, but like I said I said I want to add a few more pounds of muscle. So far this is what I have planned.
weeks 1-4 Test prop 100mgs EOD
Weeks 1-16 Test E 500mgs/W
weeks 8-16 Anavar 75mgs E/D?
Pct Nolva/clomid with hcg either 2 weeks before pct stopping 4 days before or ran throughout, I haven't decided yet.
So For the first 6 weeks or so I want to eat around maintenance or slightly above try to recomp/add some muscle. I was going to use tren for the first 6-8 weeks but I'm kinda scared of losing my hair, but I have heard it had great recomping effects. So now I am considering using NPP for the first 6 weeks or so. So What would you guys suggest? And what is a good dosage for anavar, my research has given me conflicting answers.
