Need help. Wanna gain muscle while I shred

Not to get the thread off track, I am also new here and doing a good bit of reading and planning of a furtue cycle and the dossing in this thread is got me confused.

EOD=every other day right. Does that mean all 7 days in a week? So for example: M, W, Fri, Sun ?

Then that would mean in this thread he would be doing 400mg for the week?
Yeah but since it's every other day one week is going to be 400 and the next 300 so it averages to 350 per week
 
this is what my cycle looks like
Week 1-9 test prop (350mg per week)
Week 1-10 Aromasin (Exemestane 25mg a day)
Week10-14 pct (clomid)
I'm still doing more research but so far this is what I'm planning of doing. How does it look to you guys know? I already have everything here at home but I don't see myself using them for at least a month.

Guys, the stickies are a wealth of information. ALL the information you need besides a source is right there for you. The search button will provide even MORE information. You ask questions and make new posts to troubleshoot any specifics or problems you come across, but when you ask the same basic questions, it brings in to doubt how much you know about the drugs and your own body. Maybe you can post a pic and show us what you are working with. Two years isn't even close to what it would take to maximize natural gains.
 
Lmao. Honestly, recomp is possible but it's the holygrail of bodybuilding. It only happens under certain circumstances. Usually a beginner who has his shit on point and has decent genetics(think noob gains with great diet and training). My girlfriend is bulking and it's been more of a recomp. She's an intermediate lifter. She's gotten leaner and increased strength and muscle. Stayed in the same weight range. I've seen it before, but it's mostly confined to beginners or someone doing a very slow bulk.
