Ok, Ive been around for a bit and have had quite a bit of succes with the use of AS. Im 34 yrs old, I reach 230 lbs on a 6ft 2 in frame with 10% bf the last cycle. Im now off for some time and need to do soe work to fix the damage that a bad marrage and divorce (that im going through at precent time). Im carring around 210lbs and I feel the BF is probably at 18% at this time. I havent hit the gym for 3 months for wieght and Im a martial arts instructor who has not done a damn thing cardio in about 9 months. So here is what Im thinking. I have all of the AS I want so it is not a prob to get gear. Im thinking about starting my workout hard with lots of cardio and get back to my kick boxing. Im going to hit the weights hard and heavy low reps heavy weight three sets. I can fix my diet pretty quik, I might even go no carbs just to drop the damn gut and the start of my man tits ( its probaly in my head, you know how get when you dont work out). So here is my cycle 12 week cycle for quality mass and BF loss.
week 1-4 test prop 100mg ED
week 1-9 Test cyp 200mg EOD
week 2-8 d-bol 50mg ED
week 2-8 winstrol 100mg EOD
week 6-12 Tren 80 mg EOD
I hope this is ok. Im looking for some input on the anti E's I have Letrozolw and Nolva. I just dont want BITCH TITS. I already have a complex about the matter because of my weight gane and being lazy and drunk. Any and all input would be apreciated.
