Need help with delts

Which is your biggest problem? Front, side or rear?

Things such as push presses, military presses, jerk's, bent over row's (tho some people disagree with bent over row's) & shrugs should do the trick.

Baring that, of course you could opt for *gasp* isolation movements such as front or side raises. Or my fav....load up a bar (or the smith machine bar), face away from it, hold onto it & shrug up. It's something called a reverse row or something. It'll get you jacked & help out your side / rear delts. Have I helped?
 
Its the side delts that need the extra work. I do all of that regularly. I make sure to hit them that much harder, and still nothing.
 
your possibly too close to the situation & don't notice any growth.

That being said, perhaps you need to alter what your doing. What's your normal routine
