Need Help With Diet!

Okay I have been on here bfore asking for advise about cycles and colories and several people told me to lose the fat before starting. Me being you dumb just saw the big picture and did what I had to do and that was start the cycle. I gained a little but it turned into fat which I lost quickly!
My current stats are:
My current body fat is 23.5%
My height is 5'8
My weight is 185 to 189.5lbs

Currently I have been eating a bowl (1 cup) of oatmeal with a banana in the morning. Mid snack would be a low carb myoplex(15grms pro, 100calories), lunch would be one turkey sanwhich with two slices of turkey and two slices of 100% whole wheat with an apple and another one of those myoplex. Diner it varies from chicken with rice and veggies.
Bottom line is when I workout I feel weak but I do want to lose the weight/fat so I can begin my cycle the right way.
Can someone please help me out because I am getting different information from 24 Hour Fitness that does not sound right! I am very serious about this!

The Metabolic Diet by Mauro DiPasquali is an excellent way to lose fat.

How's your workout program?
 
I just started back up again and have been workingout for two weeks. When I hit the gym I feel very tired, unmotivated and dont have a plan so I do whatever on one day then the second day I do 21 min of cardio to burn the fat.
As for the fatigue part maybe it's because of the meals I am eating which is barely nothing.
Can anyone share their secrets about diets, workout schedules and how to push yourself because I workout by myself.
I am sure there is plenty of info on this forum but I am looking for someone who was like me and got to be his goal size.
I want to get a trainer but they are too expensive and way overweight. I dont need someone trying to tell me how to diet when he him self has a one pack from eating taco bell if you know what I mean.:3some:
