need help with pct..

Im fixing to finish up with my test cyp cycle ive been doing 500mg a week an i heard your not suppost to strart pct 10 days after your last pin. Now my question is I got 40 20mg nolva pills would it hurt if i took 1 in the morning and 1 night this maybe a stupid question but its my first cycle....any tips and i would sure appreciate.

wait for about two weeks after last pin for the first two weeks 40mg a day then 20 untill the bottles done... 40 is an odd number ive never seen a bottle under 50 b4
