Need help with post cycle treatment

What's up,
im new to the forums but needed some advice.I'm currently on my second cycle of deca 300 at 600mgs week sust 300 at 600mgs and masteron 250 at 1,250mgs week. I have four weeks left before I start pct does anyone know a good post cycle I should run and how long and how much I should be taking. I heard clomid and arimidex are good to run but still unsure. Would appreciate the help.

What did you do for PCT on your first cycle and how did that work for you?

Are you using an AI while on this current cycle? How about a Dopamine Agonist?

I didn't use a post cycle for my first cycle I was on my first cycle for 5 weeks and didn't take a break in between I just finished last week and started my second Monday . I have arimidex for ai but I was told to use it with clomid after I finished my second cycle.
Do u recommend anything?.

Read that. Personally I like the use of HCG for at least 5 weeks prior to clomid. You will need an AI with the HCG monotherapy and it is a good idea to get a blood test before starting clomid and after the clomid.

I agree, the biggest mistake people make is not running HCG long enough
