See if you can fill in the blanks for me. I've never done a peaking cycle like this. I've only done max effort.
Meet will be August 6th. That leaves 9 weeks of training. This will be drug free traiing mind you.
I think I'll start with triples, then doubles.
Week 1: (3 reps) 500x3 // 2 sets
Week 2: (3 reps)
Week 3: (3 reps)
Week 4: (3 reps)
Week 5: (3 reps)
Week 6: (3 reps)
Week 7: (3 reps)
Week 8: (2 reps)
Week 9: (2 reps)
Week 10: Meet. I want to hit 655
