need help with weight loss!!!

Hi! I am 20 and have just gotten back into the whole working out thing and have been doing ok so far for the past month but I need help a lot with setting up a good diet and maybe a little help with my workout. I just got my body fat% done and it was 22% which really grossed me out because I used to be about 14%. I eat ok, not great but I definatly need a little help because I tend to stray if I don't have it written out for me. I am 5'5 and 135lbs. I have competed in figure before so I know that if I have a plan the dicipline is there and would love to get back into competing. My boyfriend was going to put me on primo but it must have gotten lost in the mail or not made it because he sent it about 3 weeks ago. So I would like to loose weight and tone up with diet and excersise alone. Any help with my diet would be awsome, this is what it is currently,
breakfast:1/3c oatmeal w/splenda and frozen blueberries or 5 egg whites w/ an apple
snack:south beach bar (10protein15carbs5fat)
lunch:tuna and mixed greens with lite ranch
dinner:lean cuisine dinner
snack:yogurt (yoplait light)
and everyday I go to starbucks and can not live without my 16oz iced nonfat latte.
this is what I have been sorta trying to stick to give or take a meal or some dinners out. And I workout about 4 days a week doing cardio and weights on those 4 days. I think I have become stupid with the whole diet and workout thing since I have been out of it for so long. Thankyou!!!!!
