i'm 275 pounds , 6 foot 6, 26 years of age , and have around 30% bodyfat. Anyway i need your help, getting my diet straight. See the problem is i like tasty food and i been eating preaty much at fast joints . Now i train 3 days a week with compounds. See? well that's not the problem, the problem is with food i eat. i think i'm getting fat, please help!
