need helpp

I just browsed through all the new threads while eating bagel bites ha ha ha ha ha... I had nothing else in my house to eat though. Some times I just legitimately feel like its only worth it to have a really clean diet while on cycle. I don't want to shrink into a cross fit person from lack of calories. Ha ha ha since this thread has already branched out pretty far from the original topic I feel like sharing this funny story. I went to a strip club yesterday and one of the stripper pointed out this skinny looking kinda muscular 18 year old and said he must be on steroids to be that big at 18 and I just laughed really hard and replied " ya he must be".

Mmmm, bagels and strippers. Someone's living the dream. ;)

lol I wish I was on a cycle when I went in the strip club. I was the biggest guy in there but had the puffy look. I want the dry grainy look. Its the fucking bagel bites and Cajun fries I have to blame! Its so much easier to grow off of a dirty bulking diet than a really clean one. It takes like half the food I feel like.

Sadly, I know all too well how fast we can put on the pounds when eating what tastes good. I'm trying really hard to stick with what I've learned from 3J and am even taking a nutrition course at the university (filler credits yay.) to see if I can't make this a permanent life-style change. Damn cajun fries sound good, must be time for my rice and tuna for lunch. :p

lol I work out really hard and am in good shape. It sucks though because back like 4 years ago my metabolism was a lot faster and I would eat a lot worse. I think cycling made it go down or having lower testosterone levels because of cycling did it. Because now my levels are 413 ng/dl for total test. And I don't want to diet because I heard it lowers testosterone levels. And that's the last thing I need because I feel like im standing in the deep end of the pool on my tippy toes and if my test gets any lower the waters gonna go over my head lol.

3J and the angry mob of food-scale toting nutrition bandits are standing right next to you, aren't they. Tap the space bar twice for yes, once for no...

I they're after me. I've got the door barred, but I can only hold them off for so long. I overheard one of them saying he wants to render me down to make lamp oil.

It's crash dieting that drops test levels. Eating a healthy diet or carb-cycling/keto don't crush your endogenous levels by any appreciable amount. You ever have your test levels checked before you started cycling? I know some guys that are in the 400's and feel perfectly fine. Some of us just operate at lower levels than others. Getting older does suck, but we have the tools at our disposal to help fight that bastard called old age.

Hahahaha. Just scream out that you've learned the error of your ways, toss a bag of cheetos out the window and pass them your TDEE/BMI/dieting goals under the door. It's not too late!

I wonder if Rumpy Brand Lamp Oil would help with these stretch marks... hmmm. :wiggle:

Fast food burgers. Somewhere in between McDonalds, Burger King and Wendy's, only without the maple leaf on the sign.
Except they have bacon-cheese wedges and stuffed jalapenos. Artery-clogging dining at its finest. ;)
