HMG contains both LH and FSH. It would help your spermatogenesis. However, even with tanked LH and FSH most men still manage to produce a decent amount of sperm. Have your spermcount checked before you do anything. You might not need any fertility treatment.

Hcg is your best friend op. Get on it as soon as you can, and stay on it. See if your doc will try it with you. If he won't find a new one or do it yourself.
